Not only were the cakes and coffee absolutely fantastic — a real treat! ☕🍰 — but the owner went out of their way to locate me and make sure my phone was safely returned.
That level of kindness, honesty and customer care is truly appreciated. It’s so lovely to come across people who genuinely care and are willing to go the extra mile.

Can’t really review food as we didn’t get to order! The customer service was appalling, one grumpy guy behind the counter and we waited and waited to be told two minutes! At least 5 minutes later with a queue behind us we walked out! What a shame would have been nice to have a coffee with such beautiful views of the lake and mountains!

Hi Sharon Thanks for sharing you had to wait 5 mins to be served at the most busiest time of year school holidays ! August ! My staff work extremely hard and do their very best to provide a good service . As you said there was a queue behind you who also waited to be served ! Yes a shame you didn’t wait to get the full experience of great coffee good food and wonderful views Maybe another time Thank you

This cafe does not provide toilet facilities. They tell you to use the toilets across the road in a car park. The toilets cost 60p but at the time there was no toilet attendant. I've never known a cafe not to have toilets! People may want to wash their hands before they eat! Or visit the bathroom before they leave.
